Coordinator (Management)


 

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations of various projects (Including 24 Hours operation Projects)
  • Needs to handle and take care of multiple projects
  • Activate Standby personnel or stand in for the absence of personnel in the project
  • Rostering for operations/ensuring KPI maintained on all the projects under their care
  • Visit the project sites and ensure deliverables of the project specs (Islandwide)
  • Monthly attendance report and work report preparation and submission with the client for the necessary approval
  • Invoice preparation and submission to the client for the necessary payment processing
  • Join the recruitment manager for the necessary project recruitment and interview arrangements.
  • Collect feedback on the staff performance with the client
  • Coordinate and arrange the needful logistics arrangement for the project.
  • Planning and executing project budgets.
  • Able to do hands-on work during the absence of the deployed project staff
  • Motivating and supervising assigned staff.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Must possess a minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Must have more than 05 years of work experience in a supervisory role.
  • Able to do hands-on work (Physical work)
  • Able to work on rotational shifts & weekends (Off Day in weekdays)
  • Willing to Drive/Ride company provided vehicles
  • Experience in project coordination is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Experience:

  • Management: 1 year (Preferred)
